Bidless Troggu

A Tarot game without bidding

This is a variant of a traditional trick-taking Tarot game, Troggu.

I recommend this variant if you're just starting to try out a Tarot game, and have already played something very simple like Scarto or Simplified Game of Tarot.

1 (or 2) players are on the attacking team, and play against the rest of the players, who are on the defending team.

One of my friends seems to dislike the bidding portion of Troggu. I've been thinking, is there a good way to emulate the gameplay experience without the bidding? Here's what I came up with.

The game plays 3-8 players.
