Spellcast, the physical game

Loving the changes Spellcast made to Boggle (most importantly, a turn-based game with a changing grid), I thought of a way to play it IRL with just a few accessible components.

The game requires:

• Scrabble tiles
• one d3 (or d6 but treat 4/5/6 as 1/2/3)
• two d5s of different colours (or use a d6 but reroll any 6's, and roll it twice: once for each “colour”)
• 2 chips of different colours (double letter and double word chips respectively)
• and mana tokens

The decision to use Scrabble tiles rather than Boggle dice is because it prevents Power letters (e.g. Q, J, etc.) from showing up too frequently (they don't in Spellcast); plus it makes it easier to reference how many points each letter is worth.
