Tower of Babylon and the Confusion of Tongues (board game)

The Tower of Babylon and the Confusion of Tongues is a solo board game about language decipherment.

In this game, the player plays as one of the workers on the “tower of Babylon” and is trying to build floor after floor of it in order to reach heaven. The caveat is that each time you ascend to a new floor, a “confusion of tongues” happens and one new language pops up into existence, which you must decipher in time in order to progress.

As you play, you will learn more about the languages that you don’t understand, while more languages will get thrown into the mix. Although the words are finite, their meanings will be different each time you play.
